dialogFor a better experience on Information and Communications Technology Authority (ICTA), update your browser.

The Information & Communications Technology Authority is responsible for the licensing and regulation of telecommunications, sound and television broadcasting, and radio in the Cayman Islands and in ships and aircraft registered in Cayman. It also manages the .ky Internet domain.

Liberalisation and competition in telecoms and broadcasting markets (including both Radio and TV) can bring many benefits to consumers such as lower prices, a wider range of services on offer, more providers to choose from and better customer service.

To help inform consumers on how to choose services that best fit their needs, checking billing, etc. the Authority has set-up this webpage which provides guidance on various consumer issues.

If you have any suggestions as to what other issues the Authority should provide similar information on, please feel free to e-mail us at: info@icta.ky. We would be happy to hear from you.
